12 Large lemons or 500 ml Lemon Juice
1 Pack 2,5 kg sugar
*3 Teaspoons Citric Acid
*3 Teaspoons Wine Stone Acid
*3 Teaspoons English Salt
1,5 Liter Hot Water
Wash your Lemons undercarriage, cut open and print out.
Pour the sugar and lemon juice and * Citroen, Wine stone, and English salt in a pot
Pour the boiling water and stir until the sugar melts.
Let the syrup stand overnight.
Throw through a sieve and then into your flask or bottles
